Conditions of the Guarantee

Applies to first-time Canadian clients only

Applies to your very first booking with Spa Mobile®.

Must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment

The guarantee must be claimed through our online form within 24 hours of the appointment.

One per household

The guarantee covers only one follow-up session per household or group booking (including couples’ and family sessions).

Same location

The follow-up session must take place at the same residence or address as the original appointment.

Massage type covered

Applies to in-home massage services only (not corporate or event bookings).

This guarantee offers a free follow-up session only — no monetary refunds will be issued

Who qualifies for the First-Time Client Guarantee?

The guarantee applies only to first-time Spa Mobile® Canada clients, and only on their first massage session.

How do I claim the guarantee?

Simply submit our online claim form within 24 hours of your appointment. Once reviewed, we’ll book your complimentary follow-up massage with one of our top-tier therapists.

Do I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

No monetary refunds are issued. Instead, you’ll receive a free follow-up session to ensure you experience the quality of service Spa Mobile® is known for.

What if we booked a couple’s massage or a group session and more than one person was unhappy?

The First-Time Client Guarantee applies to one complimentary follow-up session per household or group booking.

For couples, only one person may book the follow-up session.

For groups (e.g., family of 3–4), the guarantee still covers just one follow-up session total, even if multiple people participated.

The follow-up massage must be booked at the same location as the original service. If a discount was applied for additional people, the guarantee does not extend to each individual.

What if I had a chair massage or a shorter session?

The First-Time Client Guarantee applies only to our in-home massage services (60- or 90-minute table sessions). It does not cover corporate, event, or chair massage sessions, as those are structured differently.

Is the guarantee available everywhere in Canada?

Yes, but availability of follow-up sessions depends on therapist coverage in your province or city. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you quickly.
