All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking platform.
A full name, email address, and phone number are required at the time of booking.
Bookings are subject to therapist availability and are only confirmed once assigned.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are 100% non-refundable.
Repeated last-minute changes may result in restricted booking privileges.
Refunds to credit cards will be issued minus standard Stripe processing fees (2.9%–3.5% + $0.30).
Completed sessions or prepaid packages are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered under our Satisfaction Guarantee (see section 14).
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.
Therapists will wait up to 15 minutes. Beyond that, the session may be shortened or cancelled without refund.
Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, surgeries, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the session.
Pregnant or post-surgical clients must have medical clearance from a physician.
Spa Mobile® offers wellness massage services only. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Inappropriate conduct (including sexual comments, gestures, or advances) will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Offenders may be permanently banned from booking future services.
The client’s space must be clean, safe, and private.
Therapists reserve the right to cancel a session without refund if the environment is unsafe.
By booking, you consent to receive professional massage services in accordance with Spa Mobile® guidelines.
Individual results may vary. Therapists do not provide medical diagnoses.
Personal information is collected strictly for booking and communication purposes.
Data is stored securely and in compliance with Canadian privacy laws.

Services are delivered by Spa Mobile® team members and trusted partner therapists.
All therapists meet our professional standards for training, conduct, and quality of care.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are only issued for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance or for verified service issues.
All refund requests must be submitted by email.
Clients may request our team to handle booking on their behalf for a $15 non-refundable concierge fee.
Standard bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Express last-minute bookings may be available at double the standard rate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spa Mobile® reserves the right to decline last-minute requests if quality standards cannot be maintained.
If your first massage does not meet expectations, we provide one complimentary follow-up session (no cash refunds).
