How does an in-home massage work?
Your therapist arrives with a table, sheets, oils, and everything needed. They set up in any quiet space with enough room to walk around the table. You simply relax — no travel, no waiting room.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing complicated. Just ensure there is:
  • A clean, quiet room
  • Space for a massage table (approx. 8×4 ft)
  • Parking instructions if needed
  • Pets secured in another room (for the therapist’s safety)
Do you bring the massage table and supplies?
Yes — the therapist brings the table, sheets, oils, music (optional), and all equipment needed.
How long is the therapist at my home?
For a 60-minute session, expect about 75–90 minutes total including setup and teardown. For multiple people, the therapist stays for each full massage back-to-back.
Why do I need to enter my postal code?
We use postal codes to determine:
  • Which team serves your region
  • Whether tandem is available
  • Correct pricing for your area
  • Therapist availability
This prevents mismatched bookings and long back-and-forth messages.
How do I know if my area is covered?
The postal-code router tells you instantly. If we don’t serve your location yet, you’ll see a message instead of a broken booking flow.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. You’ll see therapists available for your selected time. If you don’t choose one, the system assigns the best match automatically.
How does payment work?
For one-after-the-other bookings: your card on file is charged 24 hours before the appointment.

For tandem: payment is taken at the time of booking.

E-transfer is accepted in most regions if sent before the 24-hour mark.
Can I pay by e-transfer?
Yes — simply send the full amount to [email protected] before the 24-hour charge window.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, the full fee applies because the therapist cannot replace the spot last-minute.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, using your automatic reschedule link — but only until the 24-hour cutoff. After that, it counts as a cancellation.
What types of massages do you offer?
Depending on the region:

Tandem and family bookings are available where multiple therapists operate.
Do you serve hotels, Airbnbs and residences?
Yes — as long as the location allows therapists to enter and there is space for a table.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Every therapist is certified according to their province’s standards and trained in safe in-home operations.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes — each person receiving a massage receives their own separate receipt, when applicable in that province.
Is tipping required?
No — but it is appreciated when the client feels the service was exceptional. Tips can be given in person or sent to the therapist’s email listed in your confirmation.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email or text. What should I do?
Check your spam folder or SMS settings. If still missing, contact support with your name, date and location so we can resend it.
What if my postal code says we are not covered?
That means we do not have a team in your region yet — but you can join the waitlist, and we will notify you when your area opens.
