How does in-home massage work?

Our therapist comes directly to your home (or residence/hotel), bringing the massage table(s), clean linens/disposables, oils, and all equipment. You just need a quiet space big enough for the setup — we handle the rest.

What’s the difference between a regular in-home session and a tandem massage?

In-home massage (one therapist): Ideal for one person, couples, families, or groups — sessions are done one after the other.

Tandem massage (two or more therapists): Perfect for anniversaries, special occasions, or events where multiple people want to receive massage at the same time.

What massage styles can I choose from?

You can select from all of our therapeutic and relaxing styles:

Each session is adapted to your needs and preferences.

Can I choose my massage therapist?

Yes. You can select a preferred therapist (female, male, or any), or allow us to recommend the best fit based on availability and your goals.

Do you provide insurance receipts?

Yes. All of our therapists are RMTs (or RMT-equivalent in your province), and official receipts are provided for insurance purposes where applicable.

How long are the sessions?

For table massage: 30, 45, or 60 minutes per person.
For chair massage: 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes per person.

(There is a minimum of 1 hour total per visit to cover therapist travel, and all sessions must be booked back-to-back.)

What safety and hygiene measures do you follow?

We use clean linens and/or disposable sheets for every client, and sanitize equipment between appointments. Disposable options also allow us to perform shorter, efficient sessions when needed.

Do you offer recurring or long-term programs?

Yes. Many families or groups set up bi-weekly or monthly visits with the same therapist for consistent care. This ensures continuity and makes it easier to track progress.

What is the Wellness Tracking add-on?

Our therapists can log session notes (techniques, areas of tension, progress) in a secure system. This helps us:
